Incredible Bosendorfer 170 Grand Piano with a unique, original art case

Case features ornate gilt motifs, and incredible ornately carved legs and pedal lyre. The varnish has a wonderful patina which has to be seen in person to be appreciated. Bosendorfer have verbally confirmed that very small numbers of pianos were made in this sort of style, and this is certainly the only one to have been on the market for many years

Piano is in solid original condition and has been well maintained over the years. The action is in full playing condition and has been newly regulated. The soundboard and bridges are original and have no visible cracks and good tone. Original keyboard in good condition with light discolouration (awaiting buffing). Lid prop of original material.
